Our service

Trueline Agents provides automated lead response services: when you submit an inquiry to us or to a business that uses Trueline Agents, we send a prompt reply by text message and/or email on that business's behalf.

SMS messaging terms

• Program description: after you submit an inquiry and consent to receive texts, you will receive messages related to that inquiry (for example, a confirmation that your message was received and follow-up about your question).
• Message frequency: varies based on your interaction.
• Fees: message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
• Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
